Chevrolet has a feature on its traction control on the new Camaro Z28. It is called "Flying Car". and it actually works. Check it out, doubters.

Neat.

Magnetic suspension is awesome. Such a shame in most people's minds the Camaro is still 'a big heavy car that can't handle'.

To be fair, drove a brand new LT2 the other day and it felt like that. Just a big ol' car that drove like nothing special. I will however also admit that it was a VERY comfortable ride, without giving up too much performance.

I wanna try the SS and see if it differs. They're also too thick (giggity) in terms of the plastic panels, they take up way too much space. It makes a huge car small on the inside, I mean heck, I am only 6'3" and I had a hard time turning around to look behind me.

Occasionally, ya gotta give it to Chevy.

Some of their engineers are ON it.

Hopefully the magnetic suspension tech can make it's way down the line. The LT2 is still a conventional setup, isn't it?

I've enjoyed the Camaro, but I'll admit it's been a while since I've driven one. It does feel like sitting in a tank, I know that hasn't changed.

Yeah I think the suspension is only upgraded in the Z28 and added as an option on the SS.

And that is exactly it, on the base models it feels like a tank. A nice sounding, comfortable tank nonetheless. I do also dislike the info center in the middle of the dash (not the GPS/Media screen) since it isn't very dynamic. Or maybe I was too worried about being DD that I forgot to look for the buttons.
